海菜或豆类 10% - seaweed or beans 10%

少量煮熟的豆类如豆腐,发酵大豆及其他豆类如扁豆,红豆,绿豆,黑豆,埃及豆,眉豆等,或长豆,四季豆,甜豆等。
海菜含丰富的矿物质,一般上建议使用昆布,裙带菜,荒布,海带芽,长海带芽,刀削昆布,海苔等。豆类及海菜适合单一吃或混合,于汤一起煮。豆类可用一些糙米醋,麻油或酱油调味。


In the daily diet,it is recommended to take 10% beans or seaweed as a side dish.Take beans such as adzuki bean,mung bean,black soy bean,garbanzo bean,black-eye bean,long bean,french bean,sweet pea or bean-derived products such as tofu,tempe and miso.
The seaweed is a complete food with lots of trace minerals,vitamin,carbohydrates,protein and vitamin B complex including B12.Seaweed commonly used in the macrobiotic kitchen include kombu,wakame,arame,hijiki sprouts,long hijiki,tororo kombu,nori,etc.Seaweed or beans can be consumed individually,mixed together or cooked in soup.To enhance the flavor,add brown rice vinegar,sesame oil or soy sauce.
